POSITION SUMMARY: The Project Coordinator position is responsible for delivering world class customer service keeping in mind the values of Thompson Creek Window Company. This position will ensure that the customer’s experience is excellent, the installation is completed on time and that there are little to no customer inconveniences. The Project Coordinator will be a team player and set an example for the rest of the department.
Essential Functions:
Communicate to all customers using company methodology and appropriate language.
Answer phones immediately and respond to messages in a timely manner .
Identify customer needs and resolve them within company guidelines.
Assume ownership of all open-ended customer needs and promises until they’re resolved.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Manager will be responsible for monitoring and managing installation by assisting in the flow and development of installation process, communication, information, materials, and world class customer service
The Operations Manager will report to the President and serve as a member of the Management Team. This position’s primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organization’s customer service, installation, and logistical functions.
Working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.

Oversee operations for the installation department
Monitor the adherence that every department action and communication follows the company’s well established methodology.
Monitor and increase management’s effectiveness by orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.
Position Summary: The Web Application Developer will be responsible for supporting the existing infrastructure as well as develop new applications on the web for business purposes. He/She also renders support to the professionals who normally use the new applications and web portals. He/She has to be proficient in web technologies such as Java, .NET, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, XSLT, PHP, content management tools, etc
Essential Functions
Develop new Web applications as identified by supervisor and management through packaged and customized applications.
Create a company-wide Intranet, allowing data manipulation for each internal staff member.
Maintain and enhance existing Web applications and all internal systems are integrated.
Perform complete testing of Web applications unit and system, engaging users as necessary.
Position Summary: Under general direction, responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation of a variety of technology initiatives; including Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003/2007/2010, Microsoft SQL and server/storage virtualization deployments. Responsible for local-area networks (LAN), wide-area networks (WAN), network segments, and Internet and intranet systems. Monitor and adjust the performance of existing networks and continually survey the current computer site to determine future network needs. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance the effectiveness of all business objectives.

Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Performing and coordinating effective installation and performance of advanced operating system hardware and software on servers.
Install new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
